Residential Program Housing & Contract Opportunities
Freedom Health Systems connects licensed and growing behavioral health organizations with qualified residential property owners to support healthcare-related housing needs.
We evaluate properties, coordinate requirements, and facilitate contract-based arrangements that allow healthcare organizations to operate compliant residential programs. These arrangements are not partnerships and do not involve transfer of property ownership. All opportunities are subject to internal review and formal written agreements.
Program Options
Choose the opportunity model that best fits your property and investment goals
Corporate Lease Opportunities
Freedom Health Systems leases residential properties to support healthcare-related uses, including:
Healthcare Uses Include:
- ✓ Housing healthcare professionals
- ✓ Assisted living–style residential environments
- ✓ Residential treatment or supportive housing programs
Lease Structure:
- • Freedom Health Systems is the tenant
- • Rent is paid by a corporate healthcare organization
- • The property owner retains full ownership
- • Lease terms, compliance requirements, and approvals are reviewed prior to execution
Note: If a property is not suitable for specialized programming, Freedom Health Systems may still pursue a traditional corporate lease, subject to review and underwriting.
Room & Board Service Contract
Certain properties may be reviewed for an optional Room & Board service contract model. This is not a lease and not available for all properties.
Contract Model:
- • The property owner retains full ownership of the home
- • A licensed behavioral health organization places residents
- • All clinical, therapeutic, and case management services are handled by the organization
- • The property owner provides housing, meals, and a safe living environment
- • Compensation is paid under a Room & Board service contract, not as rent
Potential Earnings
If a property qualifies after internal review, owners may generate approximately:
$3,375 - $18,700 per month
In potential retained earnings, after Room & Board service costs. Figures depend on capacity, approvals, and program requirements. Not guaranteed, and no obligation exists unless a formal contract solicitation is issued and executed.
Property Review & Safety Screening
To determine eligibility for healthcare programs, properties are screened for criteria that may include:
Safety Systems
- ✓ Fire sprinkler systems
- ✓ Professionally monitored fire alarm systems
- ✓ General safety and habitability standards
Property Layout
- ✓ Bedroom layout and location
- ✓ Basement and upper-level bedrooms
- ✓ Overall property configuration
Compliance Requirements
- ✓ Local zoning regulations
- ✓ HOA restrictions
- ✓ Use restrictions
Important: Not all properties qualify for all programs.
How the Process Works
A simple four-step approach to evaluate and onboard qualified properties
Initial Property Review
Property details are collected to assess potential program fit and suitability for healthcare use.
Internal Evaluation
Properties are reviewed for suitability under either a standard corporate lease or an optional Room & Board service contract.
Document Review
Lease terms and required documents are evaluated to ensure compliance and feasibility.
Next Steps
If appropriate, a Room & Board contract solicitation may be issued. If not, standard lease discussions may proceed.
Submit Your Property Information
Property owners or representatives may submit lease terms and required documents for review.
Submission of information does not constitute an offer, guarantee, or commitment.
